Schedule Your Campus Tour and Interview

This scheduler is for on-campus interviews only. To book a virtual interview, please use the virtual interview scheduler.

A campus tour & interview includes a 45-minute student-led tour followed by the student interview and parent conversation with an admission interviewer. The entire visit lasts approximately two hours.

BEFORE SCHEDULING:

• Complete our inquiry form.
• January interviews require Part 1 of the Gateway to Prep Schools application, also known as the Candidate Profile. If you submitted your Candidate Profile today, please allow 24 hours for our system to receive it before attempting to schedule.
• Families with more than one child applying should schedule appointments for all siblings at the same time whenever possible. If two openings are not available during the same time slot, please contact us at admissionevents@hotchkiss.org to ask about possible flexibility.

3. Look for your confirmation email with visit protocols, directions, and other relevant information.
